The 3 P's of Continuous Improvement

Reliability Engineering Industries (REISEALS) believes passionately in Continuous Improvement in all aspects of business, from product development, to process and people development (the 3 P's).

In any rapidly growing business such as REISEALS, making time in employee's days for "additional" new developments is always a challenge. However, without continuous attention to the 3 P's, businesses will ultimately stagnate and start to fail.

As such, REISEALS has a dedicated Continuous Improvement Engineer, Mr. Suresh Swamy, who helps drive new initiative's forward and interacts between internal departments and external suppliers/customers.
