Reliability Engineering Industries Private Limited is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Engineers / Managers to strengthen its nationwide sales and service network. The role combines technical sales, customer relationship management, field service support, and business development activities to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial products and services, with exposure to Mechanical Seals, Pumps, Valves, Compressors, Gear Boxes, or similar rotating equipment. The position requires frequent customer interactions, technical discussions, business development initiatives, and field service support.

Sales & Business Development

• Frequently visit customers to develop and strengthen business relationships.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Conduct technical discussions and product presentations with customers.
• Focus on developing potential business opportunities and increasing market share.
• Support sales growth by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.

Customer Support & Service

• Provide Mechanical Seal installation assistance and service support.
• Troubleshoot product and application-related issues at customer sites.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure effective customer support.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service response.

Technical & Commercial Activities

• Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Assist customers with maintenance, troubleshooting, and product upgrades.
• Participate in technical meetings and discussions with plant engineers and maintenance teams.
• Support commercial discussions and order conversion activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and service delivery.

Reporting & Coordination

• Submit weekly reports and business updates to the Head of Department.
• Maintain records of customer visits, service activities, and business opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information.
• Support regional business planning and sales forecasting activities.

Educational Qualification

• Graduation, Diploma, or ITI in a Technical Discipline.

Sales and Service Manager

• Maharashtra - Roha & Mahad –  4 to 6 years
• Gujarat - Baroda / Vapi – 5 to 8 years
• Karnataka - Bangalore & Mysore – 4 to 6 years

Experience in Industrial Product Sales, Service Management, and Team Handling.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of industrial products and service applications.

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to conduct technical discussions and customer presentations.
