Reliability Engineering Industries Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Production Engineers to join our Production Department. The ideal candidates should possess a Mechanical Engineering background and a strong interest in manufacturing operations, production planning, and shop floor management.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CNC-based manufacturing, manual lathe operations, and workshop production processes while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Production Operations

• Support CNC-based manufacturing and manual lathe operations.
• Assist in workshop production activities and daily manufacturing processes.
• Ensure smooth execution of production schedules and operational plans.
• Monitor machine utilization and production efficiency.

Production Planning & Execution

• Assist in production planning and daily execution activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and operators to achieve production targets.
• Monitor shop floor activities and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Quality & Documentation

• Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Prepare and maintain production-related documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality requirements.
• Assist in identifying and resolving production-related issues.

Team Coordination

• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Support communication between different departments for smooth workflow.
• Participate in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure workplace safety standards are followed at all times.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good team coordination and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

Experience & Additional Requirements

• 0 – 2 years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering environments.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

• Flexibility to work in shifts as per production requirements.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
