Job Summary

Reliability is seeking a motivated anddetail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accountsteam. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in accountingprinciples, proficiency in MS Excel, and a keen interest in developing theirskills within the accounting and finance domain.

The successful candidate will support dailyaccounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist thefinance team in ensuring smooth and efficient financial processes. This roleoffers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-careerprofessionals to build a strong career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations & Bookkeeping

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping activities.
  • Record journal entries and maintain general ledgers.
  • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
  • Support routine accounting activities and financial documentation.

Banking & Vendor Management

  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
  • Process, verify, and record vendor invoices and payments.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment-related matters.
  • Assist in maintaining smooth cash flow and payment processes.

Financial Records & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
  • Ensure both digital and physical records are properly organized and updated.
  • Support audit requirements by maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports and schedules required by the Finance Department.

Team Support & Coordination

  • Assist in finance-related tasks as directed by the Head of Department (HOD).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Support the implementation of accounting and financial controls.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the department.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification

  • MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and core accounting practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related functions.
  • Freshers with strong academic knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
