Reliability Engineering Industries Private Limited is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineers and Sales Managers to expand its market presence across India. The role involves business development, customer relationship management, technical sales, and revenue generation within assigned territories.

Sales & Business Development

• Regular customer visits to develop and strengthen business relationships.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct technical discussions and product presentations.
• Develop market share and increase sales revenue.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage and develop key customer accounts.
• Prepare quotations and support order conversion activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.

Market Development

• Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
• Identify new industries and applications for business growth.
• Support regional sales planning and forecasting activities.

Reporting

• Submit weekly sales reports and business updates.
• Maintain records of customer visits and sales opportunities.

Educational Qualification

• Graduation, Diploma, or ITI in a Technical Discipline.

Experience

• Maharashtra – Mumbai – 5 to 8 Years
• Gujarat – Ahmedabad – 4 to 5 Years
• Telangana - Hyderabad – Freshers, 4 to 8 Years, 5 to 10 Years

Skills Required

• Strong technical sales and customer handling skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Candidates with Mechanical Seal and/or Process Pump/Agitator industry experience will be highly preferred.
