Reliability Engineering Industries PrivateLimited is seeking experienced Service Engineers / Service Managers to provideinstallation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support services forMechanical Seals and related rotating equipment across India.

Service & Technical Support
• Provide Mechanical Seal installation and commissioning support.
• Troubleshoot product and application-related issues at customer sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and performance assessments.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure timely and effective service response.

Customer Support
• Build strong customer relationships through quality service.
• Conduct technical discussions with maintenance and plant engineering teams.
• Recommend suitable products, upgrades, and service solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Coordination
• Submit service reports and customer visit reports.
• Maintain service records and documentation.
• Share customer feedback and technical observations with management.

• Graduation, Diploma, or ITI in a Technical Discipline.
