Sales Coordinator

Reliability Engineering Industries Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional for the position of Sales Coordinator / Senior Executive / Sales Coordinator Manager. This role is responsible for supporting business growth through customer relationship management, sales coordination, technical-commercial support, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The selected candidate will play a key role in managing both domestic and international business opportunities while supporting sales operations, quotation management, project costing, and customer engagement activities.

Business Development & Customer Management

Generate new business leads and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in both domestic and international markets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and technical solutions.
Support customer retention initiatives and business expansion strategies.
Stay updated on market trends, customer demands, and industry developments.

Sales Coordination & Commercial Activities

Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Independently handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes.
Prepare quotations and determine accurate component costing.
Calculate base manufacturing costs for new projects and business opportunities.
Support commercial discussions and coordinate order execution activities.

Technical Evaluation & Project Support

Analyze engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Select appropriate manufacturing processes, machines, and tooling requirements.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure technical feasibility.
Provide technical-commercial support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Operations & Customer Support

Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Monitor order progress and customer commitments.
Address and resolve quality-related concerns in collaboration with internal departments.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.

Experience Requirements

Sales Coordinator

• 3 – 5 Years

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• B.Sc / M.Sc (MPCs)
• B.Com / M.Com (MECs)

Skills & Competencies

Industry Experience

• Relevant sales experience in precision engineering products such as:
  o Mechanical Seals
  o Centrifugal Pumps
  o Compressors
  o Vacuum Pumps
  o Valves
  o Rotating Equipment

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical requirements.
• Experience in costing, quotations, and techno-commercial activities.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Professional business communication and email correspondence skills.
