Reliability Engineering Industries Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and strategic Domestic Sales General Manager to lead the company's sales operations across India and drive sustained revenue growth in key industrial sectors.

This high-impact leadership role will oversee the performance, expansion, and development of regional sales and service branches located in Baroda, Vizag, Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Mysore, Kolkata, and Hyderabad Headquarters. Managing a team of more than 60 Sales and Service Engineers, the role requires exceptional leadership, customer engagement, business development, and sales execution capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess extensiveexperience in industrial sales, strong customer relationship management skills,and the ability to execute growth-oriented strategies while building ahigh-performance sales culture across the organization.

Principales responsabilités

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a robust domestic sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities across existing and emerging industrial segments.
  • Develop strategic plans for market expansion and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and conversion ratios.
  • Drive business growth through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Ensure alignment of regional sales activities with organizational objectives

Qualifications et expérience

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • MBA is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Industrial or Technical Sales.
  • At least 5 years in a National or Multi-Regional Sales Leadership role.
  • Proven experience in selling engineered products, preferably:
    • Joints mécaniques
    • Rotating Equipment
    • Pumps
    • Mechanical Systems
  • Strong understanding of Indian industrial markets and customer landscape.
