Reliability Engineering Industries Celebrates a Successful Pharma Pro & Pack Expo 2026

Throughout the three-day event, the REI technical sales and applications engineering team was kept busy meeting customers from across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical and process industries. Visitors took the opportunity to discuss a wide range of sealing challenges, equipment reliability improvements and maintenance strategies, with many seeking expert advice on mechanical seal selection, API 682 seal support systems and bearing protection solutions for both new projects and existing production facilities.

There was particularly strong interest in REI's comprehensive range of cartridge mechanical seals, mixer and agitator seals, API 682 solutions, bearing protection seals and engineered reliability solutions. Customers were keen to explore methods of improving pump and rotating equipment performance, reducing unplanned downtime, extending equipment life and lowering total maintenance costs through the use of modern sealing technologies.

The exhibition also provided an excellent platform for REI to demonstrate its engineering capabilities, advanced manufacturing facilities and technical support services. Many productive discussions centred around equipment upgrades, reliability improvement programmes, custom-engineered sealing solutions and complete seal support systems designed specifically for demanding pharmaceutical applications. Several exciting new projects and business opportunities were identified during the exhibition, with technical evaluations and follow-up meetings already underway.
